Event Date and Timings

 

​The event will be held on Tuesday 2 June 2026 10.00 AM - 2.00 PM

​

The format and timings for the event will be:

​

• Exhibitors are to arrive and set-up at 9.00AM – 9.30AM

• Exhibitor Networking 9.30AM – 10.00AM

• Open to Public 10.00AM

• Close to Public 2.00PM

• Exhibitors to vacate by 2.30PM

We would respectfully ask that no exhibitor starts to pack away before 2.00PM, as this sets a precedence and results in others packing away early also.

You can park outside the hall, on Midland Road, to load and unload only.

Your Allocated Space

 

You will be provided with a table (6ft (L) x 2ft (W)) and two chairs (additional chairs will be available if required).  Stand out from the crowd by dressing your table.  Please feel free to be as bright and cheerful as you like! So please bring your tablecloths, bunting, flags, balloons – whatever you like. Also, posters, leaflets, display boards, forms, and information on your opportunities.

 

Please note - there are limited power sockets in the venue.

Wifi will be available, please ask for details on arrival.

Refreshments

 

There will be free refreshments available all day for our exhibitors in the kitchen.

Event Promotion

 

Please display, share on social media, and circulate the attached event leaflet far and wide in your circles so that we can attract as many potential volunteers as possible to the event.

Photographs and Video

 

It can be really useful to take photos or videos at events. You can use them afterward to publicise your activities, and people often like to see photos of their community having fun together.

 

However, you should make sure the people you are photographing know they are being photographed and understand how the images will be used.  Therefore a notice will be displayed throughout the venue (see attached) to ensure all visitors and exhibitors are aware that photographs and or video may be taken and who to contact should they not wish to be photographed or filmed.
