The Cube

The Cube provides a welcoming environment for one-to-one appointments, advice sessions and small group discussions.
Ideal for 2–4 people, this dedicated meeting space is frequently used by partner organisations, support services and external agencies working with South Derbyshire CVS clients. It offers the perfect setting for conversations around wellbeing, financial support, housing, employment, food insecurity and other individual support needs.
A Space Designed for Support
The Cube is furnished with a desk and seating for up to four people, creating a practical and professional environment where meaningful conversations can take place in confidence.
Located within our Food Bank area, the space is particularly well suited for organisations and services that work collaboratively with South Derbyshire CVS to help individuals overcome barriers and access the support they need.

1 to 1 Meeting Room

The 1-to-1 Meeting Room provides a comfortable and professional setting designed specifically for focused, uninterrupted conversations.
Ideal for up to 3 people, this dedicated meeting space is located in a quiet area of our offices, making it perfect for practitioners, support services and organisations delivering one-to-one guidance, mentoring, counselling or wellbeing support.
Designed for Comfort and Privacy
Furnished with comfortable seating for up to three people, the room offers a welcoming atmosphere where clients and professionals can meet in confidence, away from the distractions of a busy working environment.
Whether you're conducting assessments, offering advice, providing support services or holding sensitive discussions, the 1-to-1 Room creates the ideal setting for productive and meaningful engagement.
The 1-to-1 Room is available for hire from just £12 per hour.

Additional Booking Information
Our standard booking hours are:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8.30am – 4.30pm
-
Friday: 8.30am – 4.00pm
Should you require a slightly later finish time, this can often be accommodated by prior arrangement.
Please note that bookings on Wednesdays are subject to an Out of Hours Uplift Charge and must be for a minimum duration of three hours. This charge covers the provision of a dedicated staff member to open and secure the building, prepare your room, provide support throughout your booking, and ensure the facilities are cleaned and reset afterwards.
Unlimited Tea and Coffee can be provided for attendees, on request, for the fee of £2.50 per person. Alternatively, if you would like to bring your own refreshments, we are happy to provide access to hot water at no charge. Please see our Terms and Conditions of hire for further information.
